The system doesn't provide any sound , all functions work. If I put a DVD in the drive it plays and shows the picture on the TV but no sound output. Stored music will play and display but no sound. CD will play but no sound. I've checked all the connections and everything seems ok. Bose technical said it's the accoustimass unit, but they don't service this model any more. The unit switches on, and there is a green light that flashes intermittantly where the ethernet cable plugs in. This cable goes to the back of the console. Can you help ?
