Have had system since about 2011/2012 and has always worked perfectly. DAB radio has suddenly disappeared – am only able to get FM/AM. Have tried unplugging, reresetting, etc. but no joy. Contacted Bose who said I might need update disc, which they sent. Have tried that, system said update complete, but still no DAB facility. Bose said they no longer support/repair the DAB unit, suggested I fork out another £100+ on a newer wireless adaptor! Feel very let down, an expensive system, you expect it to last! Have no idea what went wrong with the DAB reception , Bose suggested an outage/surge may have 'knocked it out'. If you think it can be repaired, that would be great.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
