Hi, I’m having issues with the remote control connection to my Bose Cinemate 1SR.
It seems to be the sensor on the sound bar itself – works for only a few minutes following system reset. Tried new batteries etc.
Once on – system seems to work fine from a sound perspective – connection with sub fine etc – but I can’t turn it off without unplugging it and cannot adjust volume.
Is this something you’re able to fix – have you encountered this issue before?
I can drop off if your collection service does not cover Wigan.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
