It turned off as if it had been switched off at the plug. I checked the fuse in a lamp to prove it was ok, which it was. I initially suspect the cable as it would sometimes switch on after moving it. I replaced the plug, but it was still the same. Next I unplugged it the amp then plugged it back in. It came on, but then went off a minute or so. It can sometimes do the same if unplugged at the touch switch. In the end I think it's an intermittent fault which could be in the amp or the touch switch

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
