The unit has power as the 6 cd unit loads , but I cannot get any turn on sounds eg surround sound, or get the cd or TV to play through the system. I have changed batteries in the remote and reset the system, but still no sound. Also the display has not worked for some time, but Bose will no longer repair these units. Please advise on costs and can I drop the unit of at your premises. Thanks Dennis

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
