The Media Center has a door that swings up at the front giving you access to some operating buttons as well as access to the DVD player.
Unfortunately my 2 yr old granddaughter got the cover open and pressed a lot of buttons at once. This jammed all the buttons. I tried to unfamiliar them using a toothpick (gently), but it didn’t fix it. The case itself needs opened and the jammed keys put back into position again.
