Have lost sound in right headphone, but noise cancelling in it still seems to work. When I touch the right headphone casing on and around the switch area the sound comes back intermittently. So, there seems to be a broken cable or short circuit.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
