UNSURE IF THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE UNIT ITSELF OR THE BLUETOOTH DOCK. Cant seem to connect anything via bluetooth…… the light on the dock to indicate that it is searching for a device doesnt come on. Also seem to have some problems turning the unit itself on as the main power light doesnt stay on either. Bought a new (original) remote but that hasnt helped.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
