The red light on my speaker was continuing to flash red even when it was connected to power. It was not accepting charge and now the speaker has zero power and I can’t get any lights to flash at all. I was given the speaker as a gift and do not have a charging cradle but it always worked fine plugging the power cord directly into the speaker before.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
