The speaker will not connect to the wifi. Blue light flashes all the time. Have tried factory reset with no success. I try and connect via cable to the laptop to run the bose software to rerun the setup and get error – tells you to disconnect power and try again with no success. I press the reset button as requested and orange light appears but don't get the beeps after 30 seconds. Speaker works with auxiliary jack.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
