I have a red flashing light and device will not respond in any way. Spoke with Bose technical support and the asked me to hold the mute button for 10 seconds, which I did, this then brought 3 white lights on the mute, aux and bluetooth buttons, I then pressed the power button as requested and it went back to the red flashing battery symbol. I further spoke with technical support and they thought it may be a dead battery.
