The Bose Soundlink Mini doesn't appear to connect and be able to re-charge. This is despite several attempts to connect it directly, via the cradle and through mains, the original connector or a new cradle/charger.
I have followed guidance to reset the speaker. Occasionally white lights will show. At this time, I have held the mute button to reset the speaker. I hold this for approximately 10 seconds until the unit flashes. I then press the power button and appear to be able to connect the speaker as normal by pressing the bluetooth button, connecting a device and playing it. However, whilst the connected (via bluetooth) iPhone indicates that it is playing music via the Bose speaker (and thus makes no noise) the speaker remains silent until all lights disappear once more and I need to repeat the process.
Nothing appears to work. I can therefore only deduce that there is a loose internal connection or part that needs to be fixed.
