I need a replacement controller as it isn't fully functional. The centre console needs to be inspected as I believe the centre channel which controls the front, front left and front right speaker isn't working. It is only the front centre speaker which isn't working- it distorts slightly. Have changed speakers around to test and nothing wrong with the actual speaker itself, nor the cabling. It has been fixed once by bose but its out of warranty now.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
