    The CD won't play, it loads then sounds like the disc is just spinning inside. It skips through the tracks but doesn't really play.
    We also have the multi-CD changer accessory which doesn't seem to work at all. It makes whirring noises then came up with d9 error on the main unit.
    NB the multi-changer stopped working a while before the main unit had problems so had been disconnected.
    I've tried a factory reset but this hasn't made any difference. The radio still works fine.
