The system doesn't operate correctly. I can get it to work by doing a factory reset but once switched off the original fault returns and nothing works. Cd won't play either. It simply ejects any CD that I put in. This model will work only with a remote – battery has be renewed on both remotes in use – there doesn't seem to be a 'touch pad' hidden on the top which is depicted in the user manual.
