we have 2 x Bose Wave Radios. Both units operate satisfactorily as Radio using either the Remote or the control buttons, but are at best erratic and at worst unworkable on CD whether on control button or Remote . 98% of the time they will not work on CD.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
