This Wave Radio is one of the 1st or 2nd generation models, my brother has another bought at the same time working perfectly whereas mine decided to malfunction by creating a load squealing noise before providing no sound afterwards. I could see something happening to the speaker through the grated front but other than that no visible signs of issue.It can now only play sound through the right speaker (or left when looking at it front on) and the CD player I don't think has worked since either.
