Hi, the small speaker reset button (the one where you need to push a pin in) is damaged and the speaker will work at all unless it is reset. I have tried several things but I think the actual button has come off/disintegrated so needs a new one.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
