This speaker has an issue before and fixed by B&W previously. For some reason, it reset itself and won't start up properly. It's unusable atm and it eventually has a rapid flashing red indicator which i think means it needs to be reset, firmware upgrade…reset doesn't help. Can't get any further with it.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
