Was working fine. Switched it off with the remote and now it refuses to power on by remote or button. There is power to the dock connector but nothing else. I have opened it up and can see thatthe powewr supply was not screwed down and there where two loose screws in the case – the posts for the power supply have all been damaged so the pervious owner must have opend it. It has worked for over a year since i bought it

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
