      • I cannot get any sound from it, either when I play a CD that is on its hard drive or when I put a CD in the drive and play it there.
        It 'plays' OK and all the machine's functions work, but it just will not give any sound. I've plugged in Sony speakers in the various ports at the back: Line Out, Aux In and Headphones, but nothing comes out of any of them.
