Burson PlayBought second hand from Ebay now I know why they sold it so cheap. It is faulty. The red RCA out seems to be causing problems. It worked for a few days then I just get a loud static noise when I turn it on or nothing at all.
Must be a loose joint somewhere. Please help.
I note they also took the expensive OpAmps out and swapped for some cheaper ones, but I switched them around and same problem so do not think it is that.

All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

The requested repair was also carried out efficiently, and I am very pleased with the result. I have dropped one star in my review because the repair included replacing a red/green LED, and the red LED is so bright that the surrounding fabric is also illuminated, whereas the green LED is quite dim and can only be seen from certain angles. I guess that EP found it difficult to procure the original LED component which is undoubtedly a B&W special.
