A5 won't connect to wifi moves from flashing yellow straight to flashing purple & error message "we could not find your device on the network. If the LED is solid purple you need to rescan. If the LED is flashing purple you need to reset the device & set it up again.".
I have fully factory reset without success

Instructions … read more on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
