CD tray will not come out until button is pushed several times. Once the disc is taken in and read the play button may need to be tapped several times before play begins. Once playback begins it sounds beautiful with no problems in tracking. I have had this unit for approximately 10 years and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
