Intermittent loss of sound through one channel which returns if I move the volume knob back and forth. Also some low-level static (?) can be heard through the speakers when no CD playing. I'd guess the integrated amplifier is approximately 25 years old.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
