Good evening I have a Canton DM50 soundbar. It will not respond to the remote, from a red light it changes to green but then no further operation is possible and it will not turn off (back to red light) either. I have changed the batteries in the remote and tried a different remote but there is still no response from the equipment other than turning on and unable to turn off. Have tried unplugging it and then powering it up again to no avail.
Your advice would be appreciated
