Loud distortion noise, followed by loud popping/cracking. Noise is not permanent – usually starts after watching Humax for a while.
Strangely, last night I was playing music for about 30 minutes without issue.
Continues even audio input (TV) is removed.
When you turn power back on, the info panel (source, volume, etc.) flash on and off irregularly.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
