It sounds like mono output only. Definitely no stereo output. All cables checked, connected to rega turntable and mission ac5 cd player and it does not play stereo for either of them. Also (this has been for a long while) the volume is low when playing vinyl so I have to turn it up high. The volume for CD is fine

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
