The radio is only 7months old and in very good condition, all works perfectly off 240v power supply. The problems start when you try to use a battery in it.
The battery icon flashes quickly red.
There is sometimes a blue temperature icon come up, sometimes is a battery icon crossed out.
The radio will not power up from a battery only, and won’t charge batteries.
I have tried all my batteries with the same results.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
