Hi could you help me with the below.

For a good few year my subwoofer was not working it wouldn't power up at all, however during this lockdown period I decided to see if i could fix the problem so i opened it and noticed the fuse had blown. I had replaced the two glass fuse 4amp 250v fuse inside the subwoofer. I got it to start working again. Then all of a sudden a week or two later I noticed it had stopped working again and not powering up. I opened it back up changed the fuse again inside as it had blown. This time I powered up the subwoofer without it connecting to anything else and soon as i switched in on it blew out again. So I repeated this process once more and got the same result. So when I opened it up again I noticed one capacitor near the fuse has blown out and another that looks a bit burnt on the top. The capacitors are both the same orange in colour and 104m is the code. I was wondering if this is something you could repair and at what cost ?
