        Please could you help or advise. I have a Geneva XL Music System which I've had for 11 years and it has worked fine since the day I purchased it. I've not used it extensively only occasionally over the years.

        It works fine on IPod but I tried to play a CD today and for the first time it wouldn't accept the CD. Usually just as I insert the CD it would automatically enter and start playing but it doesn't now. It doesn't pull the CD in and start playing. I've looked through the User Manual but couldn't find any help on this aspect. I've also looked at the support pages on the Geneva website but unfortunately with no success. Please could you advise, is this a fault that is repairable.
