My KRK 10s subwoofer came out of standby mode after lunch on Saturday and stopped making sound. The signal is still passing through to my satellites and the crossover is still activating with the footpedal, lights still work also. Tried resting it overnight, reconnecting all cables and rebooting with no difference. There is no visible damage on the pcbs or speaker itself.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
