Hello,
I have had a pair of CR3 studio monitors for a short while now and the sound appears to have stopped working.
I have followed the troubleshooting guidelines but nothing seems to work.
I use the 3.5mm to 2 x RCA inputs and I power on the main speaker, nothing but a really faint signal in the background. I plug in my headphones and it sounds perfect through the headphones but not the speaker.
Is there a way to get my prides and joy back to full health? I am in the middle of a project and I'm counting down to pay day, but really need them!
Please can you help or guide me in the right direction?
