Good evening,
I completed this form yesterday but have not had a reply yet. I am sending again in case the original was lost, not delivered.
I own a DP-X1 DAP and today it will not charge and the charging indicator flickers on and off if I wiggle the cable. I am assuming the micro usb port is faulty or more unlikely the battery.
The fault is apparent with several high quality cables, from mains and from a power pack.
Can you pleae advise if you can undertake the repair and indicate cost,

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
