Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought this item in September 2017 and unfortunately the 2.5mm TRRS port has broken and the 3.5mm is loose. This appears to be a problem with the first-generation players from my research online. I live in the UK and received this as a gift from Amazon in the USA. I have been unable to get any support from onkyo in the UK or Europe.
The ports I believe are soldered to the mainboard.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
