I just spoke on the phone to yourselves … essentially I have an AV Receiver that has been unused for 2 years since purchase due to personal circumstances. Having recently set it up for the first time (about 2 months out of warranty) I had it working until doing a firmware upgrade. The upgrade kept stalling at 70% and has now generated an error code.
I sent it in to one of Onkyo's service centres but they have come back saying they need to replace the HDMI board which has made the repaid completely non-economical. I therefore am looking at alternatives. The board that they wish to replace is the following:
Part No: 1B3035…760-1H (the 3 dots are not there but your webpage thought this was a phone number)
Desc: PCB BAPRC-1760-1H
Given that I am capable myself to swap these boards, I was wondering whether you would be able to source one for me to then be responsible to replace? Otherwise I am not able to repair it and this seems very unfortunate!

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
