Recorder belongs to my niece, & although has had very little use, has suddenly stopped responding properly to buttons or remote – sometimes won't eject disc, won't turn machine off, flashes '0.00' for no apparent reason, doesn't play DVDs, displays error message U81 (which I understand can be due to several reasons). Very likely not viable for reasonable price repair, but would like your opinion! Peter McLuckie

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
