The soundbar is connected to an LG smart TV and there is audio present at the soundbar. Unfortunately, there is no audio out of the subwoofer and it does not synchronise with the soundbar. There is power at the subwoofer and the green LED on the back of the subwoofer starts flashing when I press and hold the SYNC button on the back of it but it does not turn a solid green to indicate that the subwoofer and the soundbar are connected.
