The sub appears to have been dropped during delivery, the seller assured me that it was working before! When I realised it wasn't working properly, looked inside the sub, the speaker magnet had dislodged from the speaker with the force! I put the magnet back in place and buttoned it up again and tried it. This barely helped, the output sound is very low level, barely audible and it's distorted. It seems like an issue with the amp, although the circuit boards look in good condition, with no scorch marks that I can see. The speaker seems all ok, I tested it connected to my stereo amp.
