I have a Rotel turntable that is about 30 years old & works ok. However I want to change the stylus or cartridge. Took it into a local shop & the guy started to move the stylus arm slightly from side to side & said before he changed the stylus the movement in the arm was a problem. Could change the stylus but the possible problem with the arm may damage my records if I left it. Said up to me as he didn't know anywhere to send it toget it checked or adjusted as it needed (an expensive) special tool. Can you firstly advise whether this is something you could check & if needed repair & how much that would cost & secondly how much it would cost to replace the stylus. Hope that gives you enough to go on. Thanks in anticipation

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
