Had the headphones 3 years now as such they have suffered some wear and tear, recently the headphones are not producing any sound, I believe this to be a problem with the wire but lack the means to fix it myself, the microphone broke off a few years back and the lining for the ear muffs will need resowing or replacing, the microphone is an unnecessary repair as i never use it, however i am curious to see how much it would cost.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
