      • I’m looking to repair my Sonos play 1 speaker but need to get compensation to do it.

        I sent it by yodel and when sent it arrived damaged at the buyer: the damaged speaker was making a buzzing sound especially with bass. It was perfect before.

        It must have been dropped by the delivery company because I had packaged it well but they are heavy. The device had no obvious dent.

        I got it back and checked the sound.

        Ebay have said they would pay for compensation to fix but I need to obtain a quote.

        Are you able to return a quote to me which they need certain details on for them to release funds for me to pay for a fix.
        I need to have a letter head from you, and explanation that this damage was from a delivery, the cost of the product was £70 (my sale price, but online also second hand upto £150) and the cost of the fix from you.
