Hi, basically i was given the headphones as a gift in January 2017, it was bought from John Lewis UK online store. Now, my heaphones left side has snapped from the over head part and theres a hinge which holds the headphone and this is not covered under the John Lewis warranty so i need a solution for this. The headphones pads can be turned and this is snapped from the rest of the heaphone but the wire is still in together.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
