Tried to connect the unit to download some new albums onto the device and it stated 'damaged USB storage'. I tried to format the USB storage but it does not seem to have helped. I have reset the device to the factory settings and it still has not helped. The device will not be recognised by the Sony Media Go software that I use on my PC to put music onto the device. It is about 4 years old and in mint condition, I would dearly love to get it going again.
