The left channel is mute…
I see only two of the four valves glowing, the one in charge of the right channel.
I may consider upgrading the valves, even buying NOS ones, but I leave this suggestion to you.
Sorry I have just booked a repair but I would like to check if the repairing is possible first!

EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
