Looking for full service/clean on all components please and cd repair. Has been in a coal dust and general dust atmosphere for over 15 years, generally works very well but will be full of dust and don’t want to risk doing it myself. Specific issue re CD player is it does not always recognising discs. Needs several eject/insert again attempts for it to pick up cd and start rotating, then plays fine. All functions still working. Has had a basic lens cleaner through many times but no longer resolves issue so suspect it is full of dust. Thanks!

All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -

The requested repair was also carried out efficiently, and I am very pleased with the result. I have dropped one star in my review because the repair included replacing a red/green LED, and the red LED is so bright that the surrounding fabric is also illuminated, whereas the green LED is quite dim and can only be seen from certain angles. I guess that EP found it difficult to procure the original LED component which is undoubtedly a B&W special.
