    The unit was not turning on – I sourced a new power plug and it turns on – did a factory reset and tuned the unit again – there is no sound now on DAB or FM stations nor via the iPod dock nor the Aux input. With the Ariel unscrewed the unit doesn't pick up any stations but when reattached it picks up all DAB and FM so that's working. The remote and the large knob on the top of the unit are all working as are the clock and displays there is no damage to see so no picture necessary it was working before the power plug stopped working and although the new power plug is working the volume isnt
