        One of my HS8s is possessed. No longer plays audio signal sent to it. When turning on or off, makes a massive pop. While on, it outputs a loud hum (sounds like a ground loop, but very aggressive), and has totally random outbursts of super loud noises and crackles. It's not been dropped or anything. Was always working fine. I hadn't turned it on for months, turned it on lastnight, and it was in this state.

        Please let me know your process, costs and estimated turnaround time for a repair.
