The right hinge is broken which made the frame pop out of its place and when the laptop is closed it is misaligned. The three screws in the hinge have also fallen out. The laptop had the same problem around january of this year and was fixed at a local repair shop. The shop did the best they could but unfortunately the frame was slightly out of its place and when the lid was closed the laptop was still misaligned. Now the problem has gotten worse and the hinged is broken again.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
