      • the audio input was not recognised when i switched from usb to aux, so i performed a reboot via the UI

        after the reboot the laptop won't turn on anymore, i am not even able to load up the BIOS
        i noticed the indicator light for charging also does not react to the power cable being plugged in

        the pc should have battery power, as it was connected to power cable the last couple of hours, but i don't hear any fans come on when pressing power button

        i have done the following so far:
        – used different outlets
        – verified outlets have power with other devices
        – disconnected from power cable and pressed power button for 3o sec
        – disconnected from power cable and used a pin to discharge via the hole at the back of the device

        laptop is simply not reacting to anything
